Good post except for the second paragraph. Bit strong and Pinks might take offence due to its implicaiton if they ever saw it.

The current information status with Pinks is based on the 15c, to their template, and no surprise has a fee attached. The 15c for FINRA is the adequate public informaition document so I think on this argument they may be covered.

Also they did state that they are filing the current information statement with Pinks when I beolive all will be made clear to us all.

But good letter, let's see what they come back with.
