I don't think a settlement is going to float our (as in 'common shareholders') boat too much. It may make PBLS a 'cash rich' company, but will that raise the pps? It may not as it won't affect the EPS. If the pps stays the same, it won't affect the market cap. If PBLS is sitting on a bundle of money but the shareprice stays relatively the same, common shareholders can not 'cash in' (or 'out' as the case may be). It might be great for those receiving a salary or for those converting seriess III, but the rest of us? We all know what needs to be done:
Pay Divies
Put out financials and have them be audited asap
Reduce AS/OS
Have a business (or businesses) that have real earnings
Be transparent

I might as well add 'World Peace' to the list as that will probably happen before all (any?) of the above.

Gee, I'm in a great mood... guess that happens after 2.5years of 'hang in there'....
