I'm new here coming on the tail in of company plans, only 4,000,000 shares.Can someone tell me what is the current plan for this company, and whether they are merging with another company. If so, given the plan to give divi's to share holders, what dates will the divi's be back dated to. And what will happen to the stock with new inverstors?
