Don't dodge my question young man. Ok fine.

Is it possible that Efficacy alone will provide capital towards completion of the programs in exchange for a large chunk of stock purchased directly from the company, thus avoiding the commonly overused term "dilution" at least as it pertains to the publicly traded shares available for sale in the open market?

aka Efficacy buys 3 million shares at 15 and really fucks the shorts good?
