Rkor, with your thoughts...

They are nearly done as from what I was told by Charlie too. They don't have much more to go. If they sold 10 Million shares at .001 or higher, it would more than cover what is owed to Cornell. They are no longer significant here with FCLE as it would "not" take much to blast through them. IMHO
