a subject that interests me and many others i imagine.

when they say 300 / 1. Does that mean that I have to divide the amt of my shares by 300 to know how many I have remaining?? It is stated outstanding shares. Does that include the shares that I have or just those who do not belong to specific investors?

Sound like an intelligent question, right?

I am not an expert. Pls advise.
