Doc - Not asking you to divulge secret intentions or anything like that but I wonder if you have any thoughts as to the likelihood that efficacy will take a placement of say 3 million shares off Joe's hands to fund some of the upcoming trials. They can have 33% of 16 million shares and get another 2.8 or so. 2.8 Million shares at 12 gets Joe pretty darn close to all he needs and the resulting bump in the stock price gets Mark above water on his whole position, if he's not there already... He'll own 5.25 Million shares and if he can get the stock bought out for a paltry $100 per share, 1.6B Mark'll have a cool half a billion on his hands.
