WELL honestly that is why paul enright is involved in the first place,he is an investment banker sort of speak in the penny market and the company has no funds to do their projects and no assets to get a loan from a bank,so they do a deal to go into a reverse merger deal in the stock market and than paul has one year to get all his money back that he lends the company..
