It all depends on your definition of a scam.If you come out with a product that doesnt work,promise uplisting that never happens,promise release of future product lines that dont come out,gag the TA,dont offer possibility to cancel subscription,etc... for me this comes under the definition of a SCAM. And lets not forget about the R/S. JMO
