Some final confusion:

I think the 80,000 applies to conversions, but the holder doesn't have to sell, and can hang onto shares for as long as he wants. Maybe that is what happened recently--shares converted from Nov-Jan were finally sold in Feb. However, that doesnt' mesh with the 4.99% max ownership of shares rule. That would seem to limit how much they hang on to..the recent increase in shares of some 25-maybe 40 million shares exceeds 4.99%. Sorry all, this is a bit confusing. Will try to learn more and report back.

While I'm thinking of it, the recent filing shows that Mr. Anzar now has 51 million shares!
