Copper King Mining Corporation fka CPRKQ

I know the leases these guys have and there is plenty of copper in the ground. They are not building that mill for nothin. I just wish I knew the players involved in this deal. Are they stand up kind of guys or are they crooks. Someone's putting a lot of money up to build this mill. I don't think there putting that much money into this if they thought there was no copper. The thing that doesn't make sense is why the stock is so cheap if they have that much copper.
