Well, being a shell would explain not being able to get responses from the company, nor anyone they supposedly are partners with, or why they're no longer registered with the Delaware SOS, etc, etc, etc.

Wouldn't a pr be required though? Even in stinky-pinky land?

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
This letter will be published.
