Specifically,

"You might want to take a look at the last page titled "Subsequent Events". In particular the last four items."

I asked for thoughts and got none.

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
