I wondered the same thing. It's odd to me that he wanted an exact share count stating that he wanted everyone to be truthful when they stated their share count because the company could double check the figures with the transfer agent.If the company can do that..what's the purpose of stating the #s?
This is the only stock I have ever owned where someone asks for a shareholder accounting on a fairly regular schedule.AND this stock is being shorted down. If I see someone asking for a share count red flags go up for me!
