The market and investors were alot different last May 07.
So I think a return to .95 is being a little too optomistic.Keep in mind when they announce distribution that will change the equation. To be conservative and still positive I will say .25 to .50. But if distribution is announced if they get bought into or bought out then off the charts.
IMHO.
Before somebody ask yes I own shares.
