The initial buyout plan was slightly modified to the offer of transformation of shares to PDRs, with the well known guarantee prices (for 1-/2-year PDRs).

Therefore no, there was no lie of PNMS concerning a buyout.

It's quite sad that you "forgot" the PR history concerning this important matter.

We will all see in some months if the PDR guarantee price (for the 1-year-type) will be paid out as promised.
