So, this is a "shell" company, now?

Can you provide a few more details, charr?

I don't understand why they'd do a r/s if they were going to sell the company.

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
This letter will be published.
