Yes - This hs been the bizz for several days now...It is merely another rock in the road. This is the essense of why HLSH will explode again after the BS is done. There is simply no way the judge will rule in favor of the bondholders and destoy a viable company....He will force a compromise that will work for all....HLSH will hurt a little but survive.. JMHO..
