I know you are entitled to your own opinion here but, I believe that you are not looking at the whole picture here. Doug is not the only piece to this puzzle. The 8k alone tells me that HH sees something in black and white on that table, other wise they would not put up that kinda of coin for the stock.
IMO

Nothing pays better than solid DD.
