Direct mail and what it has meant to my carpet cleaning business. I started DM in 2000. At that time after expenses I netted $7-10K/yr. Well, my family just bought our first home in '05, 20% down ($145K) Ya, you could say DM works. Its a HUGE effort but MAN does it pay off!!!!!!
