Those two PR~s are a nice try, designed it appears to make folks think they are reducing their shares. They are but only the O/S and the A/S, not the float.

They haven't done a stock buy-back off the market yet. From their PR: http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/080208/0359451.html

"We are also considering buying back shares in the open market during 2008."

The shares owned by insiders aren't in the float. Until they actually buy-back stock from the open market, they haven't reduced the float at all.

Note the word above in red. They're "considering"? Only "considering"? Wanna bet they never get around to actually doing a stock buy-back this year?
