I will make no excuses. Two days ago, I was told the filings would be on time. They thought they could get it done. Why the change? The only thing I know is that they tried to complete it but could not but could not get it done by the 31st. I was told it will be no later than the 15 th of April. It was also said they had no intention of a any further delay and that all preveous filing on QTIG were timely and that this would continue without interuption.
