That's the way
it should work, But I've been in a few pinks lately were the idiots(IMO) running them don't grasp that concept. They dilute at very low pps. Or worst, they are so untrustworthy, that no one beleives their pr's. One I am in now, has put out a new pr every day for over 8 straight trading days ( EWRL ) , and the pps barely moved. But, I guess diluting a stock to the hilt, and its pps not tanking, is an accomplishment in some people's books.
