first, on the day of the pink sheet disclosure, Goldwater had 40.66%, second, no one from big apple is an officer or a director. Where did Goldwater get those shares, if Jablon is no longer listed as an officer, director or a 5% shareholder, as he was with the previous company?
Next, afao did issue shares for services. I believe those shares, or at lease some might have gone to big apple. I also belive big apple has been the seller, and when they are out of the way, the stock will move.
By you claiming that big apple is the parent company, you are essentially saying that afao is lying in their disclosure statement to the pink sheets.
