hey I searched.. and I don't know if anyone asked this already... but does anyone have an idea of what this will open as? (forgive me if I am a baby in this game)... but i want to make sure I'm thinking of this right... when the deal is made and construction goes into the works, what do you guys will feel the price per share will be for this? Just curious.. I apologize if I'm sounding too new on this...
