R-526-10-92 APPROVED RESOLUTION TO APPROVE SCHERDT/BASLER LAND DIVISION A communication was received from the City Planning Commission transmitting its recommendation of denial (5 yeas and 3 nays) of the Scherdt/Basler Land Division, 0.62 acre, 2327 Foss Street. Whereas, Dennis Scherdt and Werdna Basler have requested land division approval in order to divide the 0.62-acre parcel at 2327 Foss Street into two separate parcels; and Whereas, The Ann Arbor City Planning Commission, on September 15,1992, reviewed said request; RESOLVED, That the Scherdt/Basler land division is hereby approved. Councilmember Hunter moved that the resolution be approved.
