rvz, I did read your post, and the reason I never replied was because it makes total sense, and should be known as common knowledge... anyone recieved a divi from an associated company would expect some type of restriction,, especially if it is a 1 for 1, and they still retail thier original shares... Or it would be like having your cake, eating it, and then coming over and having our cake and eating it as well.... if there was no restriction it should have us NWWV long fit to be tied!
