Thanks for your thoughts, Milo. Do you know how common it is for mutual funds to invest in OTCBB companies?

Several years ago my interest was searching banks and various obscure funds( i.e. teachers unions etc.) that had stakes in BB and small cap stocks. Some pinks were mentioned. The price of the institution stock was say, 30$ and it also traded on the BB and the regulations were less stringent.With such a low float and volume it was not worth it.
