where do you see that they are the parent company? they are an IR firm and possibly holds shares in afa. you should look at the initial company info and disclosure statement on the pink sheets website... it will clearly show that goldwater owns 590 million shares and is the biggest shareholder, big apple is listed as the pr and ir firm. They are NOT the parent company.
