Well, all I know is this...I love my country..I love what America stands for. Regardless of the fact that our leaders suck and they have abused their power...I love my country and always have....If that makes me a "right winger", so be it. I dont believe in labels..Labels close the mind and leave one ignorant.
I was taught when I was 5 years old to put my hand over my heart when I say the pledge or hear the Anthem...I dont think it is too much to ask.
It is not "submission" to our parasitical leaders...It is a gesture to show respect to what our country is supposed to represent and a gesture to show respect to my Fathers Fathers Father (and Mother) for the sacrifice they made in building and defending the country.
It is a simple and easy gesture for any clear thinking adult...or should be.
I guess today, slamming the USA is the "in" thing to do..To show ones "Independence", one must put down and disrespect the flag and what it stands for.
Maybe some just dont know their history...The public schools are pathetic and teach that our founders were ruthless slave owners and racists.
Our country has turned into a place where people just no longer give a damn..We can only blame ourselves because most just sat watching TV or Baseball games while the country was taken over by power hungry criminals.
Obama, Clinton, McCain....Doesnt really matter who is elected. They will have to deal with the same Parasites that are in power now in Congress and in the State Dept.
Funny these loser candidates, all Senators, say they are going to change things when they have had the power and influence to change things all along....and havent.
The country is divided more than it has been in a century...Thanks to the media...In order to garner ratings and money, they are the ones who have created the divide that now separates us.
Parasites all.....They create problems where none existed before and than offer BS solutions to fix the Non-problem.
