I agree. It appears the year end isn't due until April. So it is no surprise that they believe they can get them in on time without filing an extension (if they really are already working on them).

But I cant understand why everything is on hold right now. Yes it would be nice to see filings on time and no "dreaded E". But if they have truely gotten started on them early then that should be enough to satisfy everyone they will be done on time. So why hold up news of the Security deal being closed? Why hold up any promotion? Why the hold up on announcing the funding? Why, why, why? This is what I dont understand.

Does anyone see any logic to this?
