It looks like Berman just handed us the proverbial green weenie. This guy needs to burn. It is also soooo typical of him to try and slide this through over a weekend hoping no one would notice until Monday. He is a gutless swine. A hog is too nice of a word for him.
He couldn't even do a 100 to 1 or 300 to 1, NO, he had to go straight for the throat with a 5000 to 1 split. I'll bet he is laughing his ass off at the moment and it would have been all the sweeter for him if no one had found out until Monday.
Rest assured MR. Berman, we are watching every move you make, we're making our list and checking it twice. You will be made to pay for what you have done to the shareholders here.
How many shares do you bet he will try to dump early next week before we are even able to trade one? I hope no one will touch this stock at any price and allow him to continue to swindle all of us.
