Also .. $2 millions in cash . Why are they deciding to do such hugh placement for cash, after all their burn rate is very low .. last qtr was only 180K?

Can it be they just win a large contract or two and need money to get the project going? Can the money be for the bond?

I don't know about you but I think we are about to get a lot of good news coming to run up the pps.

If you haven't looked at Weekly chart, take a look at it. I hope this is truly the bottom and we are going up from here. I am no longer expecting .25 a share but I do expect .03 to .05 a share.
