My order not executing?

I have an order for 1.5mils at 0.0001 (trying to reduce my avg price for which I bought previously at 0.0009)

I dont understand why its not executing..I see lot of them traded at 0.0001..I am with etrade..looks like MM games.

anyone care to tell me?
