Yes we can and they show the O/S more than doubling in less than a years time frame, some like to post the O/S has only increased like 4% or so since november but go back another month or two using those same company filings and you have massive Dilution, what is the Date on the last filing showing share structure NhRed? By the time you get the next one it will be too late and the damage will have been done, good companies do not gag their transfer agents,good companies never hide this information from shareholders, there is never a good reason to do so and in each instance where I have a seen a company gag the transfer agent the pps has tanked and massive dilution was associated, also in each instance there were people posting defending the companies position and making up conspiracy theories on why the pps has tanked and in each instance it ended up just being dilution.

Its not a mystery, and not fascinating either, it is called Dilution and there is no mystery as to who or the "Someone" is, just call mr. Peacock or IR this morning and ask them this question verbatim!
"Could you Please Provide me with the current and full share structure as of todays date?"
Better yet email them instead and ask for it, or ask them to PR that information, or even easier just tell Peacock to ungag the transfer agent then people who wish to have that information can get have access to it.
Like I said earlier, there is no big mystery on the trading times, there is no big mystery as to who is selling and when, it is all just plain and simple old school dilution that mr.peacock and javelin group have been doing for some time now, once you get access to the full and current share structure a light bulb will go off in your head and you may understand what is going on but I dont think Andrew Beyer or Mr.Peacock is going to give you that basic information............
Why? Because he likes to keep you guessing and he likes to see his mystery machine posters posting conspiracy theories about mm manipulation and shorts and such, I am sure he is laughing all the way to the bank.
Anyway like I said, just fire off an email to IR demanding the current and full share structure as of Feb 29th,2008.........I Challenge anyone to get that information in an email with dates from any company executive with their name on it........and repost it here............They wont give it to you because it will confirm massive Dilution and they don't want that information confirmed although it is very obvious and has been for some time now.
