double, IF what you say is true and shorting is what's hurting this stock, then what did beebe do to protect the company and its shareholders?
he protected himself and few others by converting the common stock they had and left the rest of the common shares holders out in the sun.
why didn't he buy the whole a/s when this was trading in the 3x0s, or even now while trading 2x0s and then just hit the shorters with a $100/share cash divy? why even bother complaining to the sec when he can do it himself?
you know, at these prices, it wouldn't take a very "rich fellow" to buy the whole a/s. why not sell the radio stations for $1.3mil as assesed by himself, buy the a/s and with whatever is left, pay the promissory note.
