The simplest thing I can think of to answer that question is that Rick was the one who got our emails and answered questions regarding BGGR and deleted the emails after he read them.

That would prevent ISBL management from getting our emails and be a reason why there was no ISBL Q/A, especially if the whole Q/A idea was Rick's idea.

Who knows, even if that's the case, it kinda makes ISBL management look uninformed, but at least they're answering some of the questions now in a TIMELY manner - after resubmitting them.
