Thanks phillymike, that caught my eye as well.

I just got off the phone with Paul Strickland and he said the 120 mil shares from XXIS actually changed hands in early January. He also said the 7% from XXIS is still intact. The exhibits posted were from an earlier statement and are outdated. They referred to the 10% figure. This is incorrect.
