To clarify a bit Matt:

I would agree that 50,000,000 type of buyout could be coming within a few years. I just wanted to point out the reality that CEOs/management teams don't always stick with long-term business plans and that if real valuation today is 5,000,000 and someone offers double that tomorrow: you never know how management would truly react. I mean if I love my house and its worth 400K and someone offers 800K cash it's hard not to give serious pause to take such an offer and run. Yes, it's possible that someone might come along the following week and offer 1.5 million but seeing and closing--is believing.

Greed and fear are very powerful emotions to which none of us are immune. Social networking sites should be big in 2008 but the overall economy is filled with structural dangers right now that make individuals and corporations nervous--that's why it's vital and comforting that BUNM and all spin-offs are moving incrementally business-wise.

I can't stomach watching promising entities die because they run out of funds before they even begin! I've invested in BUNM because management moves in an intelligent manner and tens of billions of shares are not being printed and toxic financing vultures are not welcomed in.

We have very little real say over their reaction to such overtures especially since the real company insiders could become millionaires by 'doubling their money.' Perhaps I am wrong to assume they already aren't millionaires but if I was in their place and invested time, money, skin in the game I might be very tempted to cash-out at any advantageous juncture especially if I could guarantee my retirement.

Surely one could speculate that 4-8 x more $$$ would be coming their way but an offer 'would have to talk' in that regard. Like a piece of real estate--something is worth what the market is willing to pay rather than what a company or shareholders think it's worth. I would be interested and excited to hear what the CEO thinks the company is worth but way excited if a Google type of player or other type of legitimate player corroborated it with an offer or even exceeded expectations.

A 10,000,000 offer at this point IMO would be a great start because it shows players with money are hedging their bets for BUNM's success. It doesn't mean management will accept the given offer. Moreover they could always counter whether it was to 20 million, 50 million etc.

In any case--I believe the future looks bright for a potential buyout that would be advantageous to management and holders. Value here is growing and people and institutions are going to have to pay more attention especially as TIME works on our side. Daily growth rates are likely going to be exponentially higher as time goes on and judging by recent events--we are receiving positive guidance about the company with greater regularity.
