Dreamfield Holdings Corp. Acquires 100% Ownership Control of RMD Dance Inc.; Sees Significant Revenue Base


Today, March 30, 2004, Dreamfield Holdings (OTC: DRMH)
announced that it has acquired the remaining 50% private stake of its
subsidiary RMD Dance Inc.
Dreamfield CEO, Mark Moskowitz, stated that Dreamfield Holdings
will be changing its corporate name to 'RMD Entertainment' effective
immediately. Discussions of a new ticker symbol, and CUSIP number
change are undecided at the moment.
Mr. Moskowitz added, "RMD (Dance) has been the best and most
successful of Dreamfield's holdings to date, and based on what Giorgio
(Costonis) and KC (Flightt) have in place now and for the future, it
was in our best interest to secure them proper funding, move them into
a top notch office facility and allow them to do their magic."

To date, RMD will be distributing music related products, dance
singles and full length albums such as "C and C Music Factory's
Greatest Hits" thru its international network. Distribution channels
have been set up across Europe and Asia along with a 'RingTone' deal
in Japan that should prove very lucrative for RMD.
