Breach of Contract and Fraud!!!
In February 2008, Spooz filed suit against Capital Markets Consulting (Spooz, Inc v. Capital Markets Consulting, LLC, The Curcuit Court of Cook County Case No. 207 L 002442) claiming a breach of contract related to the development of SpoozToolz.
On December 27, 2007, Spooz filed suit against Jame Groves, Peng He and Logic Box, LLC., a Delaware Limited Liability Company, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (case # DAJ 07 C 7265) claiming Trade Secret Misappropriation, Unfair Competition, Intentional Interference with Business Relations, Breach of Contract, and Fraud.The matter is pending
