the point is that it needs to happen naturally, if you are bid squatting when there is no buying pressure, then the mm's will short the stock. that is a fact that I KNOW. people rarely want to listen or accept that FACT, but it is true. low volume + bid squatting + mm shorting. there are no shares, so the mm's will support the bid if you let them. they need the shares. the best thing to do on low volume days is to hit the ask and let the mm's support the bid.
