Hosted by UCLA’s School of Law, Ms. Pretsky will speak on a four-person panel titled “The Digital Domain: What’s Next?” This conference is one of the premier entertainment law conferences in the United States and Platinum’s invitation to appear is a coup for the company.

Ms. Pretsky’s unique perspective on the subject matter derives from her hands-on experience in implementing Platinum's innovative business model which monetizes its intellectual property library by exploiting content across all forms of media – print, film, online, mobile/wireless, gaming and merchandising. Ms. Pretsky, recently voted a Top-3 Finalist for 2007 Counsel of the Year by the Association of Media and Entertainment Counsel (AMEC), is a corporate/securities attorney with expertise in intellectual property. She has focused her 20-year career on representing start-up and early-stage revenue companies in the entertainment, emerging technologies and high-tech industries.

Ms. Pretsky, a magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of UCLA, received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where she graduated in the top 15 percent of her class and was a member of its prestigious Law Review.
