UTX shareholders are getting up the cuzzoo
quietly.
KIDDE who is owned by UTX has been in a holding pattern because of a legality brought forward by a third party. The product licensed to them by USGA is ALL-CLEAR. The case has been settled and minor damages awarded to. the 3rd party which is final. (BINDING Arbitration)

The loss of sales during this period were losses to UTX shareholders due in fact to the orders that have piled up for the product.

Now no news by either co. on the award and it looks as though KIDDE in left eaiting inb the wings again.

UTX should just purchase this small company
since the legalities have ended and pave the way for KIDDE to start selling this product.

It's sitting in their warehouses!!!!!!!!!!!
