Like you said....DVDs are so cheap. How about this? PCLI simply competes with rentals and go for their quanitity- offer a price that is buy to own, but is also irresistable when it comes to their rental comparison? (JMO)

An average person will keep a Rental (what) 2-3 days in some case and return it to pay the fees/fines. Why not just put that cost in the Buy to own DVD at the same price of a 3-5 day rental................except you won't have to bring it back (its yours). Of course we are not sure of what the price is going to be- so this is all hyperthetical for now? (JMO)

PCLI........still long and still believin!!!!
