Can somebody explain what this really means? 1.9 million share offering. Are they looking to sell or partner?


Carrizo Oil & Gas CRZO pumped up 2.54 to 53.61. The Gulf Coast oil and gas (OTCBB:GCOG) producer launched a 1.9 million share offering Monday, and reported a 66% increase in reserves (production not included) in 2007. The 5% gap-up gain lifted the thinly-traded stock above its 50-day moving average and left it 6% below its Dec. 26 high.
