Will DISK file the CH11 soon due to lacking of cash (only about $1M left) plus the possibility to lose the lawsuit ($1M~$2M)??
SHRP is a good example: before CH11 the cash per share was $0.05.
DISK is in the similar case: about $0.05 cash per share and the
business is restricted by CPI. If they lose the lawsuit that will
be another exact SHRP CH11 case. Remember DISK was $1.04 a month
ago. Before the CH11 SHRP also rosed to $3.6~$3.7 from $1.71. Now
it is trading at $0.21 per share. DISK has 21M~22M shares of OS
via SHRP has 15M of OS. We will see what will happen within three
months...
