Counsel doesn't appear involved, Stephen W. Carnes/SGLS is the company that "consulted" and arranged for the transfer of the shell to the current president of this company. If legal counsel did it, it would be a whole different thing. But Mr. Carnes doesn't seem to have this great reputation for doing things on the up and up.
