The machine itself does work, Eschine. The scam comes from over-stating the sales potential, the usefulness and the so called revolutionary technology. The TECH itself has been in use for a long time before this particular application was dreamed up.

It is a Quality Control device not really needed, provided good pharmacy procedures are followed. It is not worth the cost, which is why it did not sell.

Most hospitals do not have money to burn.

So the upshot is that it is not a salable asset that adds value to the shares.. ERGO a scam cooked up to to sell PP shares.
