I want pass on factual DD I perform on the company. People, the DD I perform is based off of phone calls to various entities while sifting though SEC filings to confirm information as I was preparing an official complaint to the SEC. Unfortunately, I have found that most of the stuff they present is accurate and they are really trying to proceed as planned with the business plan.

There is a lot of debt out there, please remember that and the A/S is high. BUT things could be turning around as we speak!
